Welcome to MENA. In our historic house, dating back to 1652, rich history blends seamlessly with modern comforts. As a family-run guesthouse, we have been welcoming guests for four generations. You'll enjoy independent living in your own unit (apartment or guest room) – while always having a contact person on site.
Five units are located in the main building and were completely renovated in 2026. Our largest family apartment is in the annex and offers plenty of space for shared holidays.

Six units, six different atmospheres – from compact and minimalist to spacious and family-friendly. All newly designed units in the main building offer modern comfort with underfloor heating, air conditioning, and a shower with soothing infrared heat.
Whether as a couple, family or friends: you choose the unit that suits your rhythm – and start your relaxed journey from Marling into the Merano region.
Breakfast & Service
We will prepare a lovingly assembled breakfast basket for you, filled with regional products. You can pick it up anytime between 8:00 and 11:00 a.m. and supplement it with a small buffet selection if you wish.
You can enjoy breakfast in your own apartment, on our large guest terrace, in the garden or right by the pool – however you prefer.
Pool & Sauna
10 × 4 meters of summer feeling
Adjacent to our agricultural land (apple orchards and vineyards) is our outdoor pool with saltwater, massage jets, and a counter-current system. Lounge chairs and seating areas around the pool invite you to relax.
Our newly renovated units in the main building all feature a shower with integrated infrared heat – for your own private spa experience. Alternatively, you can rent our private sauna, which will be prepared exclusively for you and your family.
