Final cleaning is of course included.
We do not clean automatically during your stay – this ensures your unit remains undisturbed and you enjoy maximum privacy. At the same time, we avoid unnecessary water and cleaning product consumption. Fresh towels are always available and can be easily changed as needed.
If you'd like a thorough refresh in between stays, you can book an interim cleaning. We'll carefully clean the bathroom, floors, and surfaces, change the bed linens, and ensure everything feels pleasantly fresh again.
Prices for interim cleaning:

Breakfast & Additional Services
Our prices are generally for accommodation only, without meals. This allows you to remain flexible in planning your stay.
For those who prefer a relaxed start to the day, our bread roll service is available as an optional extra – a freshly filled bread basket will be ready for collection in the morning. Alternatively, we can prepare a breakfast basket with regional products, complemented by a small buffet selection including yogurt, drinks, and other delicacies.
Price: €12 per person per day.
Our private sauna in a separate bungalow can be booked exclusively upon request and is available to you exclusively for private use during the reserved time.
For the pool area, we also offer a spa bag for rent. This contains a bathrobe and two towels, providing extra comfort during your stay.
Price: €10 per bag for the entire duration of your stay
Deposit & Cancellation
A booking becomes binding once we have confirmed it in writing.
At the time of booking, we do not require a deposit or credit card details – trust is something we consider natural.
About one month before arrival, we will get in touch personally – with some first tips for your stay and a request for a 50% deposit of the total amount.
This keeps the planning clear and well coordinated for both sides.
Cancellation Policy
Up to 1 month before arrival: refund of any payments made
From 1 month until arrival: 50% of the total amount
In case of early departure: 80% of the remaining balance
As a small, family-run guesthouse with a limited number of units,
short-term changes are often difficult to compensate.
To ensure that anticipation remains on both sides,
we therefore recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
It provides additional security – for you and for us.
