At MENA, you'll find six individually designed apartments. Five units are located in the historic main building and were completely renovated in 2026. Our largest apartment is in the annex and offers a particularly spacious layout.
MENA Guest Rooms
Ground floor - 28m² | Main building
Our MENA guest room on the ground floor combines the clarity of a modern guest room with an integrated cooking facility.
On 28 m² you will find a spacious double bed, a small sitting area and a dining area. The compact kitchenette is ideal for a relaxed breakfast, a light meal or afternoon coffee – a practical addition for flexible holiday days.
The guest room does not have its own balcony. However, you have access to the spacious outdoor areas of the house – from the guest terrace and garden to the pool area.
The modern bathroom features a shower with soothing infrared heat and creates a pleasant retreat after an active day in the Merano region.

MENA Superior Guest Rooms

The MENA Superior guest room impresses with its bright location on the 1st floor and an open, friendly atmosphere.
Despite its compact 23 m², it offers everything you need for a comfortable stay: a comfortable double bed, a dining area and an integrated cooking facility for preparing small meals or an independent breakfast.
The guest room does not have its own balcony. However, you have access to the spacious outdoor areas of the house – from the guest terrace and garden to the pool area.
In the modern bathroom you will find a shower with soothing infrared heat, which ensures relaxing moments.

The spacious balcony extends the living area outdoors and makes the apartment particularly inviting for those who enjoy spending time "at home."
The apartment was renovated a few years ago and deliberately retains its own homely character.

MENA Deluxe

MENA Deluxe is our most spacious unit in the main building – offering ample room, a clear layout, and a particularly open living experience. Spanning 75 m², it combines modern comfort with thoughtful design. A separate bedroom provides privacy and tranquility, while the large living area with its luxurious kitchen island becomes the heart of the home. Here, you can cook, plan, laugh – or simply relax together.
The dining area is located in a light-filled, glass-enclosed living space that resembles a conservatory and lends the apartment a special atmosphere. Large glass surfaces open up views to the outside and let in plenty of natural light.
The modern bathroom features a shower with soothing infrared heat. The apartment also includes a separate toilet – a welcome detail for everyday life.
