Spring brings the first sunny days to the Merano region, while summer offers a relaxed atmosphere with pools and outdoor areas. Autumn brings crisp air, golden hues, and a particularly pleasant ambiance to the villages surrounding Merano.
And the region has plenty to offer in winter too: Christmas markets, peaceful walks, thermal baths, and ski resorts can all be easily combined from Marling. After active days, a shower with soothing infrared heat provides a pleasant feeling of warmth.

During the warmer months, alpine landscapes blend with a Mediterranean lifestyle.
Our outdoor pool (10 x 4 m, saltwater) offers a relaxing complement to active days in the region. Numerous hiking trails start around Marling, including the famous Marlinger Waalweg with its views of the Adige Valley.
Merano is also just a few minutes away – with promenades, cafes, events and the Merano thermal baths.

Autumn is one of the most atmospheric times of year in the Merano region. Vineyards turn golden, the air becomes clearer, and numerous cultural events characterize the area.
In our historic cellar, a guided tour takes place weekly, vividly conveying rural culture and regional wine history.
Hiking, enjoying the outdoors and slowing down can be combined particularly pleasantly at this time of year.

Even in winter, Marling offers an ideal location that combines peace and activity.
The Christmas market in Merano is easily accessible, as is the Christmas market in Bolzano, as well as several smaller, local Advent markets in the surrounding area.
