Most of the food comes from the surrounding area. We mainly work with the Merano farmers’ shop, which sources its products directly from local producers. This means short distances, transparent origins, and a quality that speaks for itself. The breakfast basket can be collected daily between 8:00 and 11:00. But the real advantage is not the time window – it is the flexibility behind it.
